Our Swedish Egg Coffee Recipe:
Grind: Drip
Coffee: 1 to 16 ratio
Water Temperature: 208F
Extra Materials: An Egg Or Two
Total Brewing Time: 3-4 Minutes
Mix the egg with the coffee grounds until it turns into a paste, adding a little water if necessary. Add hot water to the paste and steep for 3-4 minutes.
