I was a proud owner of a De’Longhi stilosa. It was ok for a first espresso machine. But it was lacking PID, prebrew and automatic water dispensing. With the hibrew h10a, I now just press one button for my coffee. The blend used for this video, was 80% arabica and 20% robusta. PID set at 92°C and prebrew time at 7 seconds. Coffee was freshly ground with a baratza encore esp, set at 10 clicks.
