I had mine for almost 2 years & it was great. ..it still works as good as ever, but the heat plate had stained & bubbled from an overheating accident my ex boyfriend had… note…boyfriend gone but coffeemaker still performing beautifully. Lol! My only wish is that they made a high end version with a more attractive finish than the inexpensive plastic. Just because you want a smaller model doesn’t mean that you can’t afford a higher end product… I’d pay a little more for a version that looked like it belongs on my kitchen counter. As is I am willing to buy the same product again & happily.
