UPDATE: I contacted Keurig and was given a “One Time” warranty replacement. I was able to troubleshoot this and opened the top of my Keurig and discovered a wire had come off from the contact point when you close the lid allowing the unit to start it’s heating process.. Now I use this for a back up.. Thank you everyone for your help…
I have a Keurig 2.0 K300.. It is stuck on preheating.. I called Keurig today with the usual troubleshooting, but not even 2 years old and out of warranty. 🙁 Dang.. I’ve tried the Hot water in the reservoir as well..
