Here is the recipe:
1/4 Cup (2 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or Regular Milk/Other Milk Substitute
1 Cup (8 Ounces) Coffee
2 Tablespoons (10g) Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Tablespoons (27.7g) Nutella
1 Scoop (30g) Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Cup (113g) Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Ice

Calories in the WHOLE shake:
Calories: 404
Fat: 12g
Saturated Fat: 3g
Sodium: 446mg
Carbs: 30g
Fiber: 5g
Sugar: 24g
Protein: 44g

How to make:

1. Make your Coffee
2. Combine all of your ingredients together into a blender
3. Blend them together

Tip: Top it with some whipped cream and shaved chocolate!
