To make sure your Estella espresso machine is set up and cared for properly, follow a few simple steps. After the machine has been installed by a qualified technician, turn the switch from 0 to 1. The unit will start filling its boiler with water. When the pump pressure gauge reaches 1.2 and the steam pressure gauge is in the green zone, the heating process is complete.

To program the machine, turn the output volume setting switch on. To program the first button, press and hold to begin recording the amount of water you want to dispense. Release the button to save when the water reaches the desired amount, and repeat this process to program the remaining buttons. When you are finished, turn the settings switch off. To clean your machine, rinse the reverse flushing silica plate in water, then place it in the portafilter, add cleaning powder, and attach it to the machine. Press the first and fifth button to start the auto-backwashing process, and when that process is finished, move the portafilter and silica plate, and hold the fifth button and run water to clean the portafilter. When the water is clear, your machine is properly cleaned.
