The Delonghi Dedica EC685 comes with pressurized espresso filter baskets. In this video, I show how to despressurize them with a 1/8″ drill bit, to allow a non-pressurized espresso extraction. This can be done on the baskets of the Delonghi Dedica EC685, EC785, and EC885.
