🔹️It takes 45-55 seconds to grind for 15g in filter settings.
🔹️It is easy to grind regardless of the roasting level.
🔹️Upper grind adjustments mechanism is similar to the one in the K-series, and it is one of the most practical adjustments on the market.
🔹️Tastewise:
It will give you very clean and crisp coffee with delicious tasting notes. It is basically very similar to the tasting profile of the 1Zpresso K-series and the Comandante C40.
That being said, the main advantage of the ZP6 Special is how easy it is to dail-in your filter coffee. Even if you go too fine in grind settings, you will still be able to have a reasonable extraction time due to its high ground coffee consistency with minimum fines.

🔸️It can not grind for espresso. We went to fine grind setting and reached the point where burrs were touching and tried to grind for espresso. The shot was too fast and the extraction time was 20 seconds. However, it can definitely grind for Aeropress and Mokapot.
🔸️The thin base makes it less stable and more prone to accidental falls.

Overall, the 1Zpresso ZP6 Special is a wonderful filter focused grinder and it does meet the expectations.

However, we personally think that the versatility of the 1Zpresso K-series and the fast grinding speed makes it the ultimate filter grinder 💯
