I love coffee and everything that’s made with coffee. Right from espresso to cold coffees.
There are many recipes for cold coffees but I haven’t seen any recipe with is clubbed with a easy freakshake. So this is my small effort to combine thick & creamy cold coffee with donut freakshake. I hope you will like this effort.
Lets quickly go through the steps and procedure :
Step 1 : Ganache
Step 2 : Whipped Cream
Step 3 : Cold Coffee
Step 4 : Assembly
Ingredients & procedure :
Step 1 : Ganache :
– Fresh Cream ( 1/4 Cup)
– Microwave for 30 sec
( Alternatively, put the cream in sauce pan & heat untuk bubbles appear at the edges )
– Chopped Dark Chocolate ( 1/4 Cup)
( You can use milk chocolate, but I love dark chocolate ganache the most )
– Let it sit for few min
– Whisk until well combined
– Dip the donut in the ganache to cover its top
( Donut for freakshake is optional you can skip it )

-Put M & M on the top
( You can decorate the donuts as you like )
– Apply ganache with a spoon on The top of the glass
( I Have used Mason jar, you can use any glass of your choice )
– Smoothen it out with an offset spatula
– put chocolate shots or M & M or any sprinkles on it
– Put it aside or refrigerate it
Step 2 : Whipped Cream
– Whipping cream ( 150 ml )

– Whip it on low speed until runny consistency
– Icing Sugar ( 1/4 cup)
– Whip on medium speed until stiff peaks form
– Put it in the piping bag with large star nozzle
Step 3 : Cold Coffee
– hot water ( 1 tbsp)
– Instant espresso coffee powder (2 tbsp)
( My favorite instant coffee is Bru Gold, you can use your favorite brand and adjust the quantity according to your taste )
– Swirl it around to mix it
– In a blender,
– Milk ( 250 ml)
– Sugar ( optional ) ( 2 tbsp)
– Ice cubes ( 5 -6 )
– Vanilla Ice cream ( 3 Medium scoops )
– Coffee Mix
– Blend until smooth & well combined
Step 4 : Assembly
– Pour coffee into the jar
– Do not fill till the top
– Optional : Put 2 Vanilla scoops
– Pipe whipping cream on it
– Put donut on a chocolate stick wafer
– Put some more chocolate syrup on the wafer for decoration
– Put it in the jar
– Pull some chocolate syrup into the syringe and put it in the coffee.
– You can mix this syrup as you like in the coffee.
And viola … The amazing thick cold coffee freakshake is ready for all those who love chocolate, coffee and overloaded stuff.
