Today I’m showing off an interesting profile that I love called the Sprover. The Sprover / Spro-over is a fast flowing long ratio profile that allows you to create a filter style drink using your espresso machine. I go over the profile parameters and pull an example sprover and discuss the differences between the sprover and other types of drinks in this video.
