Here’s my review after a while using my Profitec Pro 400 e61 espresso machine. I talk about temperature, flow control, pressure and temperature gauges, wifi switch, cleaning, and texturing milk while making a shot. Note that I suggest using the high temperature setting and not flushing because I normally turn the machine off after use rather than leaving it on all day. If it has been on for hours then it probably does need to be cooled with a flush and maybe even turning off for a few minutes.
