Here’s just a short video of me making coffee with the Lidl espresso machine. This machine is also called Heinner HEM 1100BK in another country. It takes about 1minute25 to warm up from cold. I am pretty happy with this espressomaker seeing how cheap it was. I can do a real review for those that want, let me know. I have so much more to say about this machine. In this video Justin Hoyland, the professional barista trainer at EMS (Espresso Machine Specialists), shows how easy it is to make mistakes with milk on BFC TCI home espresso machine. He begins with a demonstration of ‘bad milk’, what noises mean you are not stretching the milk and are going to get a watery cup without texture or foam, then what happens when you overstretch the milk and get dry, coarse, bubbly foam.

I made this video to show the routine and process that I use when making coffee at home using a modified Gaggia Evolution espresso machine (PID, 9 bar pressure, IMS Shower Screen) with a doze of 22g in a 21g portafilter basket. It was not my best extraction, but it will do for now.
