AA grade beans are selected amongst some of the regions best coffee farmers. 2016’s crop featured a lot of 2015’s fruity notes, but with an added balance that was more savory than chocolatey. A washed Kenyan coffee from the Othaya Co-op in the Nyeri region. The coffee has great body and acidity, with notes of butter, raspberry, and tomato soup in the aroma and flavor.
