AA grade beans are selected amongst some of the regions best coffee farmers. 2016’s crop featured a lot of 2015’s fruity notes, but with an added balance that was more savory than chocolatey. The coffee consists of two varieties, SL-28 and SL-34, and was grown at about 1700-1800 masl. This light roast coffee is fully washed and processed in the Gachatha factory.
