In this video, we do a “turbo shot” with the Delonghi Dedica EC680, and the Turin DF83 grinder. We use lighter roasted beans, to try to get at the fruity flavors. The idea is to go for a 1:3 yield, or 3 times the output grams of the input beans. So, we put 18 grams in, and aim for 54 grams out, in 15-20 seconds. The result?
