[model DCC-3200] Straight to the point demonstration of the Cuisinart “PerfecTemp” programmable 14 cup coffeemaker. In this demo I make a full pot show how to set the clock and auto on timer as well as briefly go over the other features. Used the bold setting (with medium strength Chock full o’ Nuts coffee) and medium carafe temperature setting which brews around 160F degrees. Full pot took around 17 minutes to complete. At first drip from portafilter spouts? Technically extraction begins when brew water contacts ground coffee. But with differences in pump types, machine design and capabilities like long pre-infusion, flow and pressure profiling starting timing at pump on may give misleading results.
