Hi guys, I made long black coffee with Delonghi dedica ec685. I used a standard portafilter and a pressurized double basket. I tried a shot with a 16 gram dose. I grind the coffee beans with my other machine, Sage Barista Express. Need to grind a little coarser. I also think the dose should be 15 grams. What do you think about it?
