This is a new addition to my urban homesteading / apartment homesteading, whatever you want to call it. It’s going to take some time to get it completely figured out, as you’ll see from this video. Thank you so much to the wonderful peeps who gifted this to me. I am so grateful. It’s already turning out to be a big help. Can’t wait to try the next item and the next. Thus far, I’ve only dried grated zucchini and sage leaves. Next up: mushrooms and perhaps some zucchini chips.
