Hi everyone!

In today’s video I show you my new mini Hamilton beach Breadmaker. I baked many loafs in it already! It’s super easy to use and not intimidating at all! I show you a French Loaf and a Regular Organic Bread Loaf in the video. The bread is so tasty and fluffy!

French Loaf (2 lbs)

1 1/2 cups Water
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
4 1/2 cups of bread flour
2 tsp. Bread machine yeast

Add all the ingredients in the order listed in the recipe. Use cycle size 2 lbs and Dark crust option in the bread machine. Press Start and bake. Allow the loaf to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Regular Basic Loaf (2 lbs)

1 1/3 cups Water
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/ 4 cup Butter or Vegetable Oil ( I left this out so my bread can be oil free)
4 1/2 cups bread maker flour
1 3/4 tsp. Bread machine yeast

Add all the ingredients in order accordingly to recipe. Choose the 2 lbs setting and medium crust colour on the bread machine. Press Start and Bake. Allow the loaf to cool off for 10 minutes before slicing it.
