Instant Pod (not Pot) dual plus coffee maker is the latest coffee maker by the makers of Instant Pot and the only coffee maker on the market that is compatible with Nespresso capsules and Keurig k-cup pods. It’s a 3-in-1 functionality with a 68 oz/2L water tank, and it consumes 1500 Watts of power.

This coffee maker uses 19 bars of pressure to force water into pods packed with fresh ground espresso or coffee.

Enjoy freshly brewed espresso, latte, cappuccino, or coffee every single morning using this coffee maker. Consumers gravitate towards single-serve coffee makers due to their convenience and ease of use, and their ability to make coffee in seconds as opposed to drip coffee makers that typically take up to 5 mins.

Pricing: Coffee pods typically sell for 35c to $1 each. You can find good deals on the Nespresso website or Amazon, and at your local grocery stores. Single-serve coffee machines typically sell for $40-$350 depending on the manufacturer and model. You could find them on Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, or eBay.

Manufacturers: Due to patent expiry, anyone can make machines that are compatible with k-cup pods and Nespresso original capsules. Popular brands are Cuisinart, Delonghi, Breville, Hamilton Beach and Keurig.

Keurig now has new coffee makers called MultiStream Technology, basically it makes 5 holes on the pod instead of one hole to push water through. Only Keurig can make them until patent expiry.

Similarly, Nespresso has Vertuo coffee makers, which are coffee makers (not espresso makers) that spin the coffee capsule to create froth, that appears like crema. These Vertuo coffee makers are popular in America as most people prefer large coffees instead of espressos.
