We will show you how we make an Americano Coffee with our Delonghi Dedica EC685 espresso machine that we own for 8 months now. We will first dispense hot water from the espresso machine into the serving cup and then only extract the espresso just to form a layer of crema at the top. It's all about your own personal preferences and workflow. Some would prefer to extract espresso first and then only add hot water into it. You should also notice that we have added some new toys into our coffee preparing workflow. Have really been enjoying using the new distribution tool and dosing funnel. Less messy and more consistent shots everytime.
