South Indian coffee, also known as filter coffee is a sweet milky coffee made from dark roasted coffee beans. Its made typically in a Coffee Brewing Utensil. Its simple to make and easy to brew homemade filter coffee. So do try it and share your experience with us in the comments below.

Ingredients:
3/4th cup Water
1 tbsp coffee
Sugar
Milk

Method:
– Heat the water in a Pan
– Meanwhile, in a south Indian coffee maker, pour the coffee on the upper part of the maker.
– Pour half the quantity of boiling water on the upper part of the south Indian Coffeemaker
– Let the concoction be collected in the chamber below.
– In the meantime, heat the water again by adding milk and sugar to it and stir till the sugar gets dissolved.
– Pour the coffee concoction into a cup
– Add milk, water & sugar mixture in the same cup and its ready to be served hot.
