TODAY’S RECIPE IS Coffee Toffee Recipe | Homemade Coffee Candy Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Hot milk 1/4 cup
Coffee powder 1 tbsp
Mix well
Sugar 1 cup
Water 2 tbsp
Caramelised the sugar
Turn Golden brown
Low the flame
Add coffee mixture
Foamy consistency
Keep stirring
The foam has decreased
Butter 1 tsp
Cook for 2 mins
Cool for 5 mins
Make Marks while hot
Let it cool completely

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
