Automatic Coffee Maker

Hi guys, today I’m trying Coffee from Coffee Unidos. The owner, Tanaksa-san, directly buys the beans from the country he visits which include Nicaragua and El Salvador.

This one is from La Bendicion, a Pacamara variety. This was more on the lighter roast. The fragrance was slightly funky and citrusy. The was very balanced and sweet, the acidity wasn’t too strong nor too bright. The aftertaste reminded me of some dry apricots and prunes.

Overall very delicious and something I would want to have again. This is a must try if you get the chance 😉

今日はUNIDOSのラベンディション農園のパカマラウオッシュドをいただきました。
香りはとても甘く、少し発酵した甘い感じでそれが味にも伝わってきました。また、柑橘系を思わせる酸味は明るすぎず強すぎず、甘みを引き出してくれるようにうまく抑えられているなと感じました。

後味としては乾いたフルーツ、プルーンやアプリコット、ちょっとシナモンを思わせる要素がありました。

とても美味しかったです。他のコーヒーも飲んでみたいと思いました。みなさんも機会があったらぜひ。
