In this video we look at some upgraded Kitchen Aid dual boiler espresso machines. Kitchen Aid is the gold standard of kitchen appliances built to last. For an espresso machine to add to their range to went to Gaggia in Italy. This is essentially the Gaggia Classic dual boiler that they never made for themselves but in a Kitchen Aid body. I have upgraded these machines with Rancilio Silvia ball jointed steam wands to replace the panarello wand that they come standard with to much improve the milk texturing ability of the machine.
