How to troubleshoot, quick short video of how to do it for a keurig K compact.
Mine was not working, all lights were on, and it wouldn’t turn on or off without unplugging it. I called keurig and got the troubleshooting done over the phone. 1-866-901-2739.
Reset your k compact easy peasy. Take the water tank off and then put back on. Keep your finger on the on/off button while lifting the handle at the same time. Mine started working immediately after this. they also recommend using bottled water and do a descaling every 3-6 months.
