I am pretty amazed at what the ECP35.31 can do with a bottomless portafilter! In this video, we look at the temperature profile of the Delonghi ECP 35.31 home espresso machine. The group head is heated, which makes a HUGE difference in the extraction. Let us see how the extraction looks.
