When I wake up in the morning, my very first meal is a bulletproof coffee or butter coffee. It is great because it is helping me to lose weight as part of my keto diet. It keeps me full all morning and doesn’t disturb my intermitting fasting.
For this coffee you need:
– organic coffee for the best taste
– 20 gr of butter unsalted and grass feed if possible
‘- teaspoon of coconut oil

Prepare your coffee and add the rest of the ingredients to the blender until you see a bit of foam, and that’s it!
