Beans are the most important to an extraction. They gotta be freshly roasted. They are from Dinzler, a sick German roaster, known for quality. I ground them with an $80 Kingrinder K4. I extracted with a $50 used Delonghi ECP3420, or ECP 35.31, depending on USA or Europe. The result is sick – a wonderful espresso that scored me 10 brownie points with the misses.

This little machine has no business making such good espresso and milk foam in that price range. The secret is the heated brew group.
