Beans are the most important to an extraction. They gotta be freshly roasted. They are from Dinzler, a sick German roaster, known for quality. I ground them with an $80 Kingrinder K4. I extracted with a $50 used Delonghi ECP3420, or ECP 35.31, depending on USA or Europe.
