Kurasu抽出レシピシリーズ。今回はIced Coffee！ Kurasu 京都店のカフェで実際に使用中の、ベースの抽出レシピのをご紹介します。 これからの暑い季節にぴったりの爽やかなアイスコーヒー、HarioV60のドリッパーを使った急冷式で簡単にご自宅でも淹れる事ができます。 お湯：150g 90~91°C 65~75gの氷 30gのお湯 30秒蒸らし 90gまでお湯 60秒経ったら 150gまでお湯 1分40秒-50秒で落ちきり サーバーの中の氷を全てとかす 氷を入れたグラスに注いで完成 コーヒーの生産地や焙煎度合い、いろいろな条件によって味の出方は変わってきます。 カフェではコーヒーによって1つ１つレシピを変えています。 少ないものでは14g、多いものは20g近く使うことも。 紹介したレシピを基に、淹れてみたコーヒーがもし薄いと感じたら豆の量を多く、逆に濃いと感じたら少なく調整してみてください。 おうちでのコーヒーをより楽しんでいただけるお手伝いができれば嬉しいです。 Here’s our basic iced coffee recipe we use in our cafes at Kurasu.
