I am slightly bored of the traditional Italian style espresso machine. I understand the appeal and obviously they still amazing but I really prefer when a company comes out of italy with an entirely new spin on the espresso machine.
Not only do I absolutely love the design of the Nurri R-type machines but the fact that they are tiny and still fit dual boilers into them is crazy!
I got to spend time in Milan talking to the genius behind the machine and share with you everything that goes into designing a new machine.
As always, enjoy your brew!

About me:
I am super passionate about coffee and educating people on all aspects of this amazing drink. I love bringing the stories back from the other side of the world about how they grow and process the coffee differently on each farm, in each region, and in each country. I also love helping baristas around the world make better coffee for themselves, whether they’re at home, professional, competitors or even just venturing out into the wide world of coffee.
I’m Ryde Jeavons, a specialty coffee educator with 25+ years in the industry and thousands of baristas trained.
This channel is for home baristas who want to get the most out of their machine. I cover espresso machine reviews, grinder comparisons, dialling in recipes, milk texturing, and the fundamentals of brewing great coffee at home.
Topics covered: espresso machines, home espresso, grinders, coffee beans, specialty coffee, barista training, brew guides, coffee gear reviews, pour over, milk steaming, dialling in espresso.
