The Minos Moka Pot ~
Talk about a great cup of coffee ! I prefer a good pour over so that is pretty much what I used the moka pot for today . There are all kinds of espresso pots out there today , but so far the Minos is the most beautiful and best in the way of making a nice savory cup of coffee.
Most espresso pots are made out of aluminum .
~~The Minos Moka Pot is made from heavy stainless steel, which is much stronger and can withstand heat much more than aluminum. You can expect your Minos Pot to not only give you delicious, artisanal Italian-style coffee, but also continue to do so for a long, long time.
~~ With the Minos Moka Pot, you get switchable, multi-colored handles that come in yellow, blue and red. Not only durable, but super pretty !
~The Minos Moka Pot was designed to be simple and easy to use for everyday coffee lovers. There are no moving or spinning parts that easily get broken or lost.
~ The Minos Moka Pot can be used on Gas top ( mine ) electric and ceramic stove tops.
~~~INSTRUCTIONS ~~~
( I have added the Instructions as I wasn’t able to voice over the video)
1. Pour cold water into bottom of chamber
2. Fill water up to 1 cm below the safety valve. Submerging the safety valve , will cause the valve to malfunction and may cause safety issues.
3.Grind your fresh coffee beans
4.Put the funnel inside the bottom chamber , fill it with coffee until its full.
5.Slightly flatten the ground coffee with tamper until it is level with the top of the funnel , add more ground coffee if necessary. wipe any excess ground coffee from the top of the funnel and from the screw threads.
6.Assemble and close the pot tightly . Do not leave the tamper inside during operation.
7.place moka pot onto the head source. The flame, ( if using stove) should not exceed the diameter of bottom chamber.
8.Keep the cover open when brewing coffee.You may turn off the ehat source once the coffee stops coming out from the tube.
9.Pour coffee, and enjoy …:)
10. Dissasemble and clean product with a soft sponge and dish detergent after each use . place the parts upside down in a ventilated area. Reasemble and store the product only when the parts are completely dry.
My absolute honest opinion is this is the best pour over from a Moka pot i have ever made. I have made even more pour overs and espresso’s since making this video ( first impressions and first time using )
and ive become quite the expert.
