Ingredients

Dry Ginger -2small pieces
Pepper-3/4tsp
Cumin seeds-1/4tsp
Basil leaves -1/4tsp
Palm Sugar/Jaggery-
Coffee powder -1/2tsp
Water -21/2cup

Method

In a saucepan add water,jaggery,cumin powder,pepper powder ,coffee powder ,basil ,chukku podi and mix well..

Boil this for 5 to 10 minutes in medium flame..

Close the pan for 5 minutes and then strain the coffee ..

Drink hot chukka kappi and inhale the steam …

note : some people used to put garlic d malli ..but my amma used to make like this🙂
