Do you suffer from coffee not creamy as before, coffee puck not forming correctly, debris in the bottom tray where is should not be. It could be the infuser needs a quick service, this is not mentioned in the handbook. Machine here is ESAM4200S. ***Safety First, you may wish to turn the machine off at the wall socket and remove the plug***
