Time for a Reality Check: Timemore Sculptor Review [064s / 078]
I received the review units from Timemore with some delay, so had to test and do recordings more hurriedly than usual.
I have already made a written review of the 064s as I wasn't certain there would be time for this video.

Regarding burr swapping on the 064s, I watched a video from @ourcoffeeshelter where the process appeared quite straightforward. I assumed this would generally be the case, but there can be varying tolerances with both SSPs and the burr chamber of the 064s.
For the record, I previously disassembled the grinder when making my blog post and attempted to install Mazzer 233m burrs.
These also did not fit, but I attributed that to the specific burr set and not the grinder, as these burrs also fit awkwardly on the DF64. The takeaway, I suppose, is that just because something is labeled "64 mm", it doesn't necessarily mean it's a fit.
