Buy the same coffee I roast and drink every day:

Like most people, I have mixed feelings about AI. I like it for some things, but I never can trust it wholy yet because it’s accuracy is a bit hit and miss. So, would you trust your entire espresso process to the AI hive mind or is this something you want to do manually?
In this video I explore the concept that Nunc is promoting: AI can fix your coffee. With all it’s special AI integration, it looks very promising and German engineering is never one you want to underestimate so I think there could be a promising future if they get this right.
I don’t mind if the AI can do better than me but that remains to be seen!
Let me know if you like this machine or you prefer the manual process?
As Always,
Enjoy your brew!

About me:
I am super passionate about coffee and educating people on all aspects of this amazing drink. I love bringing the stories back from the other side of the world about how they grow and process the coffee differently on each farm, in each region, and in each country. I also love helping baristas around the world make better coffee for themselves, whether they’re at home, professional, competitors or even just venturing out into the wide world of coffee.
I’m Ryde Jeavons, a specialty coffee educator with 25+ years in the industry and thousands of baristas trained.
This channel is for home baristas who want to get the most out of their machine. I cover espresso machine reviews, grinder comparisons, dialling in recipes, milk texturing, and the fundamentals of brewing great coffee at home.
Topics covered: espresso machines, home espresso, grinders, coffee beans, specialty coffee, barista training, brew guides, coffee gear reviews, pour over, milk steaming, dialling in espresso.
