In this update, I have finally managed to source a replacement 2940W heater element which I fit and test and even manage to get the faulty pressure dial gauge something like working much to my surprise. Having finally seen it working as intended I can now focus on stripping the machine ready for a deep cleaning, and boy, does it need it, I don’t think this things had a service and clean in it’s working life between at least two cafes I know of.
