I got the Hamilton beach upright freezer to replace the deep freezer that we have. It has a drawers for each compartment and that saves on costs because the cold air doesn’t drop down when you open up the doors. It’s energy star rated and estimated to cost $34 a year in electricity. It’s a good replacement for the deep freezers because you don’t have to reach down to find products deep in the freezer. You can just organize it as like a regular refrigerator and find your food easily.

I just wanted to share my comparison review to a smaller chest freezer that’s only 7cu ft but holds much more in content than the 11cu ft mainly because of the nature of the design on this upright model
