Switching from the stock DeLonghi Portafilter to a Bottomless Portafiler. First try making an espresso.

The Delonghi Dedica EC685 comes with pressurized espresso filter baskets. In this video, I show how to despressurize them with a 1/8″ drill bit, to allow a non-pressurized espresso extraction.
