Soak 1/4 cup rice for about 30mins

Bring 1 ltr milk to a boil,
Add ground rice,
Add 1/4 cup sugar and cook until thickens
Add 2-3 tbsp Rose Syrup , ground Pistachio
Serve warm or cold, garnish with Rose petals and Pistachios
