Halloween is incomplete without pumpkins! This Halloween experience delicious and easy-to-make pumpkin soup with Hamilton Beach Professional Juicer Mixer Grinder.

Pumpkin Soup Recipe:

Ingredients:
2tbsp Butter
4-5 Black Peppercorns
1/4 TSP Cumin seeds
2-3 Garlic cloves chopped
1/2 inch Ginger chopped
1 medium-sized onion chopped
2 small Carrots chopped

1/2 Cup Pumpkins roughly chopped

1 stock cube + 2 Cups Water or 2 cups broth
1-2tbsp Cream / Coconut Milk

Pumpkin seeds for garnish

In a pan, add butter and slightly saute black pepper, cumin seeds garlic, ginger, onions, and carrots.
Add Pumpkin, stock cube, water, and cream

Cook until pumpkin tender

Take off heat and add it to the blender

Using Preset Menu, select Soup option and Blend on Full.

Serve Hot, Garnish with cream and Pumpkin seeds and buttery toast on the side.
