The Ninja Luxe Cafe Mini Plus. It’s the latest Ninja Luxe Cafe, and it’s smaller and cheaper. Is it also better?

In this video I’m reviewing the Ninja Luxe Cafe Mini Plus, talking through everything I discovered from my extensive testing, warts ‘n all.

The thing to really keep in mind about this machine, is that in many ways it’s not actually a mini version of the Ninja Luxe Cafe, despite the name, it’s a different machine, with different pros and cons, as I discuss & demonstrate in the video.

* Espresso yield: 34–39g
* Roughly 1:2 brew ratio

* Low: approx. 60°C
* Medium: low 70s°C
* High: low 80s°C

*Other findings*

Espresso ratios were more consistent than I’ve experienced with the previous Ninja Luxe Cafe machines.
Auto milk produces a thicker, more traditional cappuccino-style foam rather than fine modern microfoam (although it didn’t behave quite that way during filming, presumably because the milk wasn’t as cold as in testing).
Separate dairy and non-dairy milk settings – dairy seems more consistent in temperature.
Filter coffee performance was disappointing in my testing
Over Ice performance was also disappointing in my testing.
