In this video I show a keurig vs nespresso machine and how they differ.
Largely it will be the taste because the ability o the nespresso machine to increase the pressure of the water going through the finer grounds.
As you can see from the video the grounds are much finer in the espresso pod vs the Keurig pod. When you have finer grounds you need more pressure to get the water through the grounds and this creates the frothy "crema" on top of the espresso drink.
