How to make a better coffee using Moccamaster coffee maker. The simplest way to instantly improve it - turn it off manually for 30 seconds. This will allow to get a more complex cup of coffee with the higher extraction.
But I don't want to stay and switch it with the stopwatch. That's why I created a BrewBox - Raspberry Pi Pico with relay. So that I keep the Moccamaster switched on and when relay is supplying the power - it starts to work.
In my case, the recipe for 2 cups of coffee is simple: turn it on for 60 seconds (it starts to add the water after around 30 seconds), then turn off for 30 seconds and turn on again.
