How-To Descale a Keurig K-Duo™ Coffee Maker

Preparation:
- Add 1:1 ratio of descaling solution and water into the water reservoir
- Do not add any K-Cup® pods or ground coffee

Steps:
1. Power ''On'' the coffee machine
2. Place a coffee mug under the Single Serve area and press the Pod button
3. Brew a 12 oz cup (Press the ''12'' button, then press the Keurig button)
4. Once completely brewed, pour it's content out in a sink (DO NOT DRINK)
5. Place your k-Duo™ Carafe under the Carafe area and press the Carafe button
6. Brew a 12-cup carafe (Press the ''12'' button, then press the Keurig button)
7. Once completely brewed, pour it's content out in a sink (DO NOT DRINK)
8. Press & Hold the ''Carafe'' button to turn off the heating plate.

Let Brewer rest for 30 minutes (Do not power off)

Rinsing:
1. Rinse out both the carafe and reservoir (refill water reservoir with fresh water)
2. Brew a 12-cup carafe (repeat the carafe brew cycle 3 times)*
3. Brew a 12 oz cup (repeat the single serve brew cycle 3 times)*
*You may need to refill your water reservoir.

Keep enjoying delicious coffee by descaling your coffee machine every 3 months.
