UPDATE: I find the HOT / Cold brew button backwards. The good news, the coffee will get VERY HOT once you understand the logic of the button. Up is ON in this case. So you’ll want the BUTTON in the UP position to activate the heating pad. Personally, I find this backwards. Now I love this thing and it gets the coffee very hot.
