Brand new coffee maker and the carafe side works but the k-cup side doesn’t. Here’s how to fix it. Unplug coffee maker for 5 minutes then plug it back up to reset it. Lift open the k-cup lid and the little rubber button in the back push it like 5-10 times and see if the Pod light will come on. If it’s doesn’t then the button is stuck. Take something like a toothpick or something with a tip on it and barely lift the black rubber button up around the edges. This will now allow the button to click when you push it.
