Caramel Syrup recipe.
This is different from a sauce, but so good!

RECIPE:
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 C hot water
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Caramalize the sugar, slowly add hot water, store until smooth and no lumps remain. Add salt and vanilla. If you want salted caramel, add more salt.
