We start new video series about making coffee and recipes from the game “My café: Recipes and Stories". Roman and Kate, professional baristas from the JS Barista Training Center team will acquaint us with main types of coffee and will teach how to make coffee and make best coffee recipes.

In this video we will make Bavarian coffee (coffee with lemon and chocolate syrup)
We will need:
Chocolate syrup
Hot water
Espresso
Lemon
Grated chocolate
The drink turns out to be very light, but with a rich taste. Chocolate syrup adds sweetness to the drink, and the lemon doesn’t give the sour, but only slightly accentuates the taste of coffee.
